As Research Support Officer, Martina assisted the members of the Weckhuysen group in identifying potential funding for their research, provided advice on national and international grant opportunities, and supported researchers in writing grant applications. She also helped to negotiate research agreements between the group and external partners who aim to collaborate with or fund research in the group. As an Editorial Assistant, she advised Prof. Bert Weckhuysen with his work as Editor at the Journal of Catalysis, including finding potential reviewers, advising on decisions, and handling the EES system. Additionally, Martina set up and managed the content of the Weckhuysen website.
