In this project, I will focus on studying solid catalysts under reaction conditions by using operando lab-/synchrotron-based X-ray absorption spectroscopy combined with Raman, UV-Vis spectroscopy, etc., aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the structure-performance relationships and reaction mechanisms of important reactions such as CO2 hydrogenation, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, and CO oxidation.
