Recently, a selection of our PhD-candidates followed a training about pitching their research for a broad audience. Among these researchers was Daan Groefsema from the UU.

Daan’s research focuses on the development of a novel thermometer that only uses light. This new tool can be used to monitor important chemical reactions that play a role in the materials transition, one of the main themes of the ARC CBBC.
