Bert Weckhuysen on the application of X-ray based techniques (diffraction, scattering and absorption) for in-situ characterization of colloidal metal electrocatalyst nanoparticles, in order to understand the structure-performance relationships to design efficient and stable electrocatalysts for the conversion of CO2 into value-added hydrocarbons.
